Opulent Krownz & Blinkx Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Time:

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM EST)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Delays:

• Opulent Krownz & Blinkx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs for international orders. However, we will do our best to assist in tracking your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please check with your local post office or file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
